Order Processing Information

We are working on shipping all orders within 2-3 business days! Please note that during major holidays time can be a little longer if volume of orders is large.

Once you place an order, you will receive email notifications with order status updates

If you need to make any changes to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be able to update it on our end as long as it hasn't been shipped yet!

Shipping is a flat ate of $5.95 (yes, even for 1 magnet since mail carriers treat it as a package and not letter mail). We highly recommend ordering the 6 magnet set! (same shipping rate!) Most orders are shipped via USPS

Shipping takes 2-5 business days for continental US and up to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $50!

My toddler son loves them!

Such a fun and engaging way to get a toddler involved with learning the alphabet. My 2.5 year old knows his alphabet and the words (pictures) associated with the letters but we’re working on letter recognition and the order in which they come. Looking forward to using these often! Thanks!
